Wherever possible, we deliver our products to you via our GetHarley Skin Concierge, which also allows you to replenish your products whenever you wish.
UK Deliveries
All our UK deliveries are fully tracked.
UK Next Day Delivery
We are thrilled to announce that you can now enjoy Next Day Delivery. This delivery option is available only for non-prescription product orders placed before 2.30 PM GMT, in UK mainland only. To gain access to this feature, request for your M-ethod x GetHarley Account today to place your order directly on your secure GetHarley portal.
Express UK Deliveries (Royal Mail, DPD & UPS)
- £3.99 on orders under £200.
- Free on orders £200 and above.

International Deliveries
To ensure a seamless and more predictable skincare experience for you, we include a customs fee at checkout for international deliveries.

Express International Delivery (FedEx, UPS, DPD Local & Skynet)

Please allow 3-7 working days. We suggest you allow up to 14 working days due to customs clearance.

Refunds & Returns
We're here to help. If for any reason you need to return any The M-ethod product bought via this website, please contact our customer service team for easy and helpful instructions, which you will find in your order confirmation and shipping tracking email.
We offer a 14-Day Returns Policy.
Purchase direct from them-ethod.com with confidence, and definitely no hassle. If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that any product is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days after purchase. Please remember, when returning any kit item, you must return the entire set. You will then receive a full product refund (to the same payment method used for purchase) or product exchange as you prefer. Simply contact us for a returns number and upon receipt of your product, we will issue you with a refund.
